  • 1 organic free-range egg, fried

  • ½ jalapeno, sliced

  • Small handful rocket or spinach
  • 1-2 slices smoked salmon
  • 1 wedge lemon
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • Sprig fresh dill
  • ¼ avocado, sliced
