Event Description

This workshop celebrates the magic of the present moment shared over the tastes of the Mediterranean with soulful company. 

Being mindful is a beautiful way to cultivate joy and wellbeing in your daily life by slowing down to appreciate the little things, using your senses to really take in your surroundings, and tuning into the innate wisdom of your body and intuition. In the workshop, we will weave mindfulness through the fabric of your everyday life. You will consider what you put into your body emotionally, spiritually and physically (from the food and media you consume to the people you surround yourself with and the way you talk to yourself). You will also consider the ripple effect of your choices on the wider world, such as what you are supporting with your dollar. The various exercises infused in the workshop will help you to live in the now, harness the power of gratitude, combat unconsciousness or self-sabotage and listen to your inner knowing. My hope is to guide you to find happiness within yourself and appreciate the little things (for one day you will look back and realise these are the big things)!

You will also have the opportunity to practice mindful eating as we enjoy the flavours of the Mediterranean. A homemade moussaka, Greek salad and glass of organic red will feature on the menu (all vegan and gluten free).
